LeSuits, the Snouts, the Distained and Emmy Hour

In late 2025, The Snouts hit the studio to record a few tracks. After sitting on them for a while, they thought, "oh crap. We should probably think about releasing these". So, (drumroll) to celebrate their new tracks, they've put together a lineup of some of their all-time favourite musicians to bring the noise to Banshees Bar & Artspace on Saturday, 1 August. 

Joining the Snouts will be Emmy Hour, The Distained, and LeSuits.

Emmy Hour has been a powerhouse in the Brisbane music scene for many years, releasing her first EP, Life of the Party Crasher in 2014. As well as fronting The Cutaways, Emmy has shared the stage with some incredible acts including (but not limited to) Laura Jane Grace, Jay and Lindsay (Frenzal Rhomb), Jeff Rosenstock, and Georgia Maq... After her most recent release, Numero Uno EP in November 2025, this will be Emmy's first time playing at Banshees! Prepare for your heartstrings to be yanked on...

The Distained do not need an introduction. Hailing from Ipswich, these boys know how to entertain, and entertain they will! With a blistering stage presence far beyond what you'd expect from their years, The Distained have amassed a loyal (and loud) following, and after releasing their most recent single, Promise, they're ready to storm the stage at Banshees once again.

LeSuits. How does one go about summarising LeSuits?? Self-described as "an eight piece hard funk musical burrito from Brisbane. With on stage energy that rivals a plutonium-powered reciprocating saw and off stage antics as absurd as Dr. Seuss on a red cordial bender", LeSuits are an act not to be missed. A direct quote from Mel from The Snouts - "HOLY FUCK. What the absolute fuck was that?? They're literally one of the best live bands I've EVER seen". LeSuits haven't graced a stage since July 2025, and we can't wait to witness their chaos once again.
