VACANT ROOMS

Vintage New Wave–leaning Brisbane power trio whose early ’80s run burned fast and loud, leaving behind cult tracks like Living in a Shadow and a lasting mark on the city’s underground scene.

THE SPIVS

Straight-up garage rock ’n’ roll — fast songs, sharp riffs, no polish and plenty of attitude. Turn it up, don’t overthink it.
