SPARK Ipswich presents a night of country folk country story telling from some of Queenslands finest artists. JB Paterson, Tom Harrison & Serena Stranger come together for a one night only performance blending their infection songs for a night not to be missed. 

JB Paterson is a roving blue-collar songwriter and producer. Inspired by traditional folk & blues music, appropriating ancient melody with a strong focus on lyrics. Tom Harrison is often described as a ‘blues artist,’ but that simplification takes away what makes his music unique. A gravelly blues drawl is vital, then add in a healthy helping of mountain folk and a twist of boot stomping country and some early rock n roll and gospel. Serena Stranger enchanting voice invokes a modern Dusty Springfield, whilst her music oozes 60s charm and psychedelia dripping soul with a country twist.
