Life Drawing Session

Life drawing is the process of observing and drawing the human figure from a live model. 

At Banshees Bar and Artspace, we invite artists of all skill levels to participate in our life drawing sessions and develop their creative practice in a calm, respectful, and welcoming environment. 

Sessions will support fostering a creative community through optional constructive dialogue with likeminded creatives. Models are professionals and our sessions are untutored, though constructive feedback can be requested, and sharing your work with the group is encouraged.

Some drawing materials, paper and drawing boards are supplied, if you have preferred materials you are welcome to bring your own. 

Sessions will be held in the main bar, so it will be accessible to most people. Please contact us for more details.

No phones, cameras, Meta glasses or other recording devices are permitted to be used during the session.

We will focus on exploring new drawing techniques and materials to expand your practice through experimentation and play. Whether you are a seasoned artist or someone who has just picked up a pencil, we welcome you to come and explore figure drawing. 

Sessions will run for 2 hours and are $25 concession or $30 full price. Please arrive at 5:45pm for a 6pm start.
