Saturday 5th April 2025 | Doors 7PM | 8PM Start
Mick Medew and Ursula are returning to Banshees Bar and Artspace!
This time they're bringing their band, with Lois Andrews on bass and backing vocals and Stu McLaughlin on drums!
Come along and hear their much played and viewed song, Punk Grandma, along with tracks from their albums In The Zone, Love Is Calling and their classic covers we know you love!
Along for the ride are Brisbane's Glycereens, who have been touring their brilliant album Glycotherapy up and down the East Coast and have a new bass player, Kylie Lovejoy, who has slotted in nicely with the spirit of the Glycereens. They will take your breath away with their barrage of non stop fast songs with soaring vocals and strong melodies!
Also on the line up is Toowoomba's punk rocking, drum smashing, femme-fronted, axe grinding, bass thumping band Kathleen Turner Overdrive, who are no strangers to Banshees.
Let's not only get lost in the performances, but let's also celebrate that there'll be 3 bands with 5 women playing their hearts out!!
Ipswich, if you love live music and a great night out, you won't want to miss this very special show!
Tickets are $15+BF presale or $20 full price!
