Banshees Bar presents Georgia Scarlett -

In celebration of her highly anticipated debut album ‘Rhythm of Life’, out November 28th, Georgia Scarlett is hitting the road with her band for a special Australian tour, performing the record alongside a few reimagined covers and unreleased originals. She’s deeply moved to be bringing her music to each of her homes, her hometown of Adelaide, her six-year home of Melbourne, her current home in Queensland, and some extra surprise locations.

Audiences can expect Georgia’s signature blend of addictive Aussie roots and American folk layers, earthy country harmonica, lilting Irish waltz rhythms, high-energy indie-rock stage presence, and Celtic-inspired vocal magic. A ticket to the show is an invitation to a night of music and connection with Georgia Scarlett. At the heart of her songs lies a celebration of love, support, and community, so whether attending with friends or coming solo, everyone is welcomed with open arms and invited to be part of the experience.

These album release shows will take audiences on a journey through musical storytelling. From heart wrenching solo ballads to lively grooves across the stage with her band, she brings charisma, warmth, and just the right dose of humour. You might shed a tear, you’ll almost certainly laugh, and you’ll absolutely find yourself singing and dancing along, so put on your best pair of boots.

Alongside the music, audiences will also have the chance to take home a piece of the night, with a fresh line of merch including vinyl, CDs, t-shirts, tote bags, stickers, and more.

GEORGIA SCARLETT:
Georgia Scarlett creates intimate spaces for listeners to immerse in storytelling through her ethereal voice and unique musical tapestry. Behind her Aussie roots, Georgia blends her many musical influences such as the addictive American folk banjo, earthy country harmonica, Irish waltz feel, and Celtic vocal magic. As described by Keith Urban, Georgia is in "a lane of her own".

Since winning the Griffith University EDGE competition at 14, Georgia has performed at iconic Brisbane venues like Black Bear Lodge, The Brightside, and The Old Museum, supporting artists such as Little Quirks, Elephant Sessions, The Audreys, and ISHAN. She has also shared the stage with artists at festivals including The Gympie Muster, Neurum Creek Music Festival, and Stones Corner Music Festival. At the age of 18, she wrote her debut album which is now being recorded in studios across Australia including at Sydney’s Forbes Street Studio, Brisbane’s 4000 Studios, and Melbourne’s Out With the In Studio. Her music has earned accolades, winning several Australian song writing competitions, garnering international interviews and podcasts, and a spot on the locally loved, annual 4ZZZ Hot 100.

Accompanied by guitar, a 12 set of harmonicas, a big personality and her dynamic live band, Georgia captivates audiences with electrifying stage performances.

FAVOURITE KID:
Favourite Kid’ are a talented sibling trio who have bounced onto Queensland’s music scene blending the charm of indie-folk, the grit of alt-country, and the polish of modern pop. It all started over seven years ago when older brother and 2024 Queensland Music Award winnerEthan, 27, started writing and recording his own songs and embarked on a solo musical journey under the moniker ‘Aspy Jones’. After 16 song releases and over 400,000 streams, he persuaded his talented younger sister, Jaimie, 25, and brother Saul, 23, to join him on this musical adventure. He recognised the magic that could be created with a family collaboration each adding their unique flair mixed with sibling harmonies, vibrant and lively storytelling and a delightful mix of family banter and sibling rivalry to their live shows. ‘Favourite Kid’ are heavily influenced by Vance Joy, Mumford & Sons, George Ezra, Cat Empire, Shepphard and The Lumineers and they have been working on their debut album 'Two Cent Journal' with ARIA nominated producer Stuart Stuart, which is due to be released in November 2025.
