Sabre Siren, Anna & the Morphics and Sarah Stockholm

Once upon a glorious March evening of 2024:  

Sabre Siren had illustrious guests Sarah Stockholm and Anna and the Morphics support their first debut gig in Meanjin/Brisbane, and the magic sparkled so bright that the three bands made a pact to play again, at the next convenient opportunity.  That time has finally arrived and the anticipation is palpable for all involved.  We can’t wait to share the stage once more at Banshees Bar and Artspace in Ipswich!   

Sabre Siren are excited to have recently released Grip through Home Hearing Records compilation “Adventures in Sound Vol. 2”, alongside a stormy, gloomy video on Youtube (see links below).  They’ll mesmerise with darkwave electro-drama, 80s inspired tracks, evoking dreams and nightmares to dance to!  Anna and the Morphics “is a natural eruption of over more than a collective century of queer feminist rage…(setting themselves) aside from the patriarchal pulp”. Sarah Stockholm captivates with dark indie-pop and assorted miserabilia, having released in 2023, they are keen to perform again with shiny new sounds to behold.
