SPARK Ipswich is back for the fourth year! A city-wide festival of arts and culture, SPARK showcases local talent and creates unique audience experiences for all.

Banshees is hosting a huge array of events! Check 'em all out!

Thursday 4 July: Karaoke with Alexis Diamond! Free entry, from 8pm

Friday 5 July: Ipswich, A Mosaic Gallery Launch: Free entry, from 4pm-7pm


Friday 5 July: JB Paterson, Tom Harrison and Serena Stranger bring us an evening of folk and country inspired acoustic music. Tickets required from 7pm, $15

Saturday 6 July: at 5pm CIRCUIT is coming through Banshees! Join this walking entertainment tour of Ipswich Central, kicking off with us and moving through the nooks and crannies of local spots.

Saturday 6 July: Banshees goes Electric with three epic electronic artists and one awesome DJ: Curators of the evening Bri & Si, Meanjin electro outfit Kairos Kin and local legend DAMIEN, plus DJ Graham Dunn. Doors at 6pm, tickets are $10 online or $15 at the door.

Sunday 7 July: Synthetique is back for all your wiggly modular synth needs. Come out for this chill afternoon workshop and stick around to be awash in live modular music from 5-9pm. It's free!

Wednesday 10 July: It's our weekly Open Mic! Come have a play from 7pm, it's free entry from 4-midnight!

Thursday 11 July: Karaoke madness is back again! Come on down and sing with Alexis Diamond from 8pm, it's free entry from 4-midnight!

Friday 12 July: The Disgruntled Taxpayers have put together Punkaret: A Disgruntled Variety Show, with Orlando furious., Biggie Nixz, Daynosaur and Britney's Diary! Only $10, doors at 4pm, tickets required from 7pm.

Saturday 13 July: Join Palace Ipswich for an epic night of drag and DIVAS! Tickets are $20 online or $25 at the door (if any remain)
